Shipping policy

We will process and ship your items within 1-5 working days. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays and UK Public Holidays. During normal times parcels are packed and shipped within the first day or two. We will send you a notification to let you know that your parcel has been fulfilled and shipped. Check your junk folder if you don't seem to have received it as it will be sitting in there more than likely. 

Parcels are sent with Royal Mail and on the rare occasion DPD. This will be disclosed to you once your item is shipped so you know exactly who will be bringing your parcel to you. 

All parcels are send second class.

Parcels up to 2kg in weight will be charged at £3.99 to ship. 

2kg + and the fee will increase. Shipment costs are automatically calculated.

If your item gets stopped at customs it is the buyers responsibility to ensure the release fee is paid to customs. They will contact you directly. 

Drop shipping items do take longer to arrive in some cases as they are shipped directly from the suppliers warehouse. As soon as we receive an order that includes a drop ship item, we place the order with our suppliers, pay the fee for the item and they will give us an estimated time scale that they plan to ship the goods to you in. Sometimes they are shipped within a few days.

If stock levels are low, if they're made to order or if there is a delay in stock arrival to their warehouse this can take longer.
